Luxury is a Feeling, Not a Price Point
‘Luxury’, like many other terms, gets (over)used. When businesses use the word, many times consumers’ perceptions and expectations may not match what the company believes or intends.
People view, define, and describe luxury in their own ways: The price tag. A feeling. The experience. Status. Elevation. Exclusivity. Something special or unique. Personalization. And so on…
The question now becomes: As a business, are you exceeding your consumers’ perceptions and expectations? Or not…
In this program, we look at the crucial details on how to elevate the client experience in a strong service-based business.
THIS IS A PRIVATELY CONTRACTED EVENT.
