Getting Started
Please refer to the Consulting or Coaching agreement provided for helpful details on how to best benefit from our work together. Always feel free to share new or changing information, status, or shifts in business or personal mindsets or goals.
Your time. Your agenda. Your pace.
Session time scheduled, and subject matter is always your choice. We work at a pace you feel comfortable.
Your scheduled session times are openly inclusive and may be shared and/or delegated to anyone within your organization (or family) you feel may benefit.
Time and information may not be shared with outside individuals or organizations.
Sessions
Scheduled sessions will be a minimum of one hour with no maximum time frame. Sessions will be conducted through Zoom. In-person sessions are also available upon availability (travel and expenses may apply).
As we move forward, setting agendas, action plans, and being prepared for each session will result in an efficient and enjoyable working relationship.
It is strongly recommended to minimize distractions when in session. I completely understand that children, pets, etc. may be “joining” our conversations. No problem. If distractions or disruptions are diminishing the value of the session, we may decide to reschedule. Your benefit is paramount. Your focus is necessary. Any technical or natural act out of our control that interrupts a session may be rescheduled.
Scheduling
All session appointments or program/class requests are scheduled through this link.
Scheduling session appointments in advance is highly recommended.
For all sessions, a calendar invite will be emailed including Zoom link, address of meeting, or any other necessary information.
Late Arrival / Cancellation / No Show Policies
If you are running late for a scheduled appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, rescheduling may be necessary. A service fee may apply.
Cancellations 24 hours (or less) of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled time service fee (including travel and expenses if applicable).
Appointment no show will result in a charge of 95% of the scheduled time service fee (including travel and expenses if applicable).
If you are a subscriber, you will forfeit that scheduled time from your monthly allotment. Emergency circumstances will be taken into consideration.
Communication: Response Time and Expectations
Clear communication is key. Incomplete messages result in miscommunication, misunderstanding and delay in response. Response time is critical to both parties. Respect of each other’s time is expected.
In communicating with me, feel free to send emails, texts, or Instagram direct messages on any day, at any time, while understanding that responses will be within a reasonable amount of time.
Your commitment to response time is your choice. Keep in mind that any lag in response or no response may slow down the communication process.
My commitment is to respond as quickly as possible based on availability, within a reasonable amount of time. I may communicate during odd hours, days off, etc.; however, I have no expectation of a response during those times. I am merely communicating information for your review or consideration.
Phone conversations may be necessary and scheduled accordingly.

Training Programs – Speaking Engagements – Special Events
All classes, training programs and other events are invoiced separately from Consulting or Coaching Sessions. All events are invoiced based on an hourly rate (plus travel and expenses if applicable), regardless of subject matter. All programs/presentations are personalized based on needs.
Payment
Invoices are sent by email and have a range of payment options. Simply click and pay. All invoices have a 7-day payment window for your convenience. Late payment may result in additional fees.
Subscription Pause or Cancellation
To receive special Subscription session rates, and all additional benefits, a minimum commitment of six consecutive months to the program is required. Subscriptions are auto renewed.
To pause subscription service, or transition to hourly session by session work, a minimum notice of 30 days prior to the next billing cycle (the first day of every month), in writing (by email only) is required. Any subscription paused within the 30 days will still be responsible for paying that months invoice.
A pause in subscription restarts the six-month commitment period.
To cancel the subscription service, a minimum notice of 60 days, in writing (by email only) is required.
Any subscription cancelled within the 60-day period will be responsible for paying invoices (invoiced on the first day of every month) until the official 60th day of cancellation. Subscriptions canceled within policy may be renewed at any time. Invoices must be current to re-enroll. Pausing or cancelling subscription removes the additional benefits of that program.
